KSCF Nairobi County

The KSCF County Leadership Team plays a critical role in ensuring that students grow in faith, leadership, and service. By working together, these leaders create a spiritually vibrant and impactful ministry in schools. Their collective efforts help raise godly generations who will influence society positively for Christ.

KSCF COUNTY LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE

The Kenya Students Christian Fellowship (KSCF) County Leadership is responsible for overseeing and coordinating Christian student activities within the county. This team ensures the effective implementation of spiritual growth, discipleship, mentorship, outreach, and leadership development programs in schools. Below is a breakdown of the key leadership positions and their roles:

1. County Chairperson

The County Chairperson provides overall leadership and vision for KSCF activities within the county. Their responsibilities include: Leading and coordinating all county-level KSCF activities. Representing the county in regional and national meetings. Mobilizing schools, churches, and other stakeholders to support KSCF programs. Overseeing the implementation of KSCF's mission and vision in schools.

2. County Vice Chairperson

The Vice Chairperson supports the Chairperson and steps in when necessary. Responsibilities include: Assisting in leadership, planning, and execution of programs. Supervising various coordinators to ensure smooth operations. Helping in mentorship and leadership development. Standing in for the Chairperson when needed.

3. School Ministry Facilitator

The School Ministry Facilitator is responsible for ensuring the growth and effectiveness of Christian Unions (CUs) in schools. Key duties include: Coordinating with teachers, chaplains, and student leaders. Organizing leadership training for student Christian Union leaders. Planning outreach and school missions. Strengthening the fellowship structures in schools.

4. Organizing Secretary

The Organizing Secretary handles logistics for KSCF programs and activities. Responsibilities include: Planning county meetings, events, and conferences. Coordinating transport, venues, and necessary materials. Mobilizing students, teachers, and stakeholders for events. Keeping records of leadership meetings and following up on action points.

5. Prayer Coordinator

The Prayer Coordinator ensures that prayer remains a key part of KSCF activities. Responsibilities include: Organizing prayer chains, fasting programs, and intercessory meetings. Mobilizing members for county prayer retreats. Encouraging schools to embrace a culture of prayer. Supporting leaders, schools, and mission teams in prayer.

6. Discipleship Coordinator

The Discipleship Coordinator focuses on nurturing students spiritually. Responsibilities include: Developing discipleship programs and training student mentors. 7. Training & Evangelism Coordinator

The Training & Evangelism Coordinator is responsible for equipping students and leaders in outreach and evangelism. Their duties include: Organizing evangelism and mission programs in schools. Training students in effective evangelism strategies. Partnering with churches and organizations to enhance outreach programs. Encouraging schools to participate in evangelistic activities.

8. Praise and Worship Coordinator

The Praise and Worship Coordinator oversees the worship ministry in KSCF events and school fellowships. Responsibilities include: Organizing worship sessions during KSCF meetings and conferences. Training and mentoring worship teams in schools. Ensuring worship teams have the necessary materials and support. Promoting a culture of genuine worship among students.

9. Ex-Candidates Coordinator

The Ex-Candidates Coordinator focuses on guiding recent high school graduates in their spiritual journey. Responsibilities include: Organizing post-high school mentorship and transition programs. Connecting ex-candidates with mentors and discipleship groups. Encouraging ex-students to remain actively involved in ministry. Creating platforms for ex-candidates to support ongoing school ministries.

10. Treasurer

The Treasurer manages the financial resources of KSCF at the county level. Responsibilities include: Keeping records of financial contributions and expenditures. Mobilizing funds for KSCF programs.
